Usui Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-healing practice that channels universal life force through the practitioner’s hands to support physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
This calming, nurturing session invites you to slow down, release stress, and allow your whole system to reset and restore.
As the body relaxes and the nervous system begins to settle, Reiki energy is able to flow naturally. Rather than being forced or directed, it is guided with intention and care, finding its own way to where it is most needed.
Many people experience Reiki as deeply relaxing and supportive for reducing stress and tension, improving sleep, restoring emotional balance, easing aches and discomfort, and creating a greater sense of clarity, focus, and self-awareness.
Reiki treatments are increasingly accepted in health and community care facilities including hospitals, hospices and cancer support units.
Sessions for women are available in person or online via Zoom, allowing you to receive Reiki in the way that feels most comfortable and supportive.

This restorative personally tailored one-on-one Sound Healing session blends therapeutic sound frequencies with gentle energy work to help you soften, settle, and return to calm especially if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stretched, or wired-but-tired.
Using the soothing resonance of chimes, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, medicine drums, tuning forks, and the voice, the session supports your nervous system through vibration and resonance, encouraging deep relaxation and restoration.
Many women find this session especially supportive during times when life feels like a lot, particularly throughout peri- and post-menopause, when stress, fatigue, sleep disruption, mood shifts, and body changes can feel more intense.
Sessions are available in person or online via zoom, allowing you to choose the experience that feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
Whether you’re relaxing in my dedicated healing space or receiving from the comfort of home, sound and energy are guided with intention and care to support your system wherever you are.
