I hadn’t had a full night’s sleep in months. My mind just wouldn’t stop.   I was exhausted, snappy, and barely functioning.

A friend suggested I try sound therapy. Honestly, I was skeptical, how could lying there listening to bowls and chimes help me sleep? But that first session, I fell asleep during it! 

That night, I slept deeply for the first time in what felt like forever. I can't explain how it worked but it did.  I will now make this my go to and the one thing i can do just for me.
