Welcome, I’m Donna,

After years working for an emergency service, my own path has been one of deep transformation. I was called to step fully into my soul-led wellness journey and although it wasn’t always easy, it was profoundly necessary. That journey shaped who I am today, and how I offer support to others with integrity, intuition, and compassion.  

I now guide women back to balance, clarity, and calm through Sound Therapy, Energy Work, Awakenings and Mindset Alignment. 

I'll support you through transitions from physical shifts, peri / post menopause, nervous system resets to soul awakenings by holding heart-led spaces that restore calm, release old patterns, and help you reconnect with your true self. 

With two Diplomas in Sound Therapy (Individual & Group), Level 1 & 2 Usui Reiki, and advanced training in crystal bowls, vocal toning, tuning forks, drumming, and midlife mentoring, I blend ancient practices with modern insight.

I offer both in-person sessions in my private space at Faulconbridge in the Blue Mountains NSW and also online sessions via Zoom, so distance isn't a barrier.
